Privacy policy

By downloading and/or using Justic Bear: Equinox, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Otherwise, please don't use this game. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of our game will signify your acceptance of the changes to our Privacy Policy.

We don't personally collect or store any personal or non-personal information about the player. However, we use third party services that do so: Unity Ads, to show and ad before you are able to share your score, and Unity Analytics, that gives us useful game statistics as the average play time, scores, power ups collected and similar info that could help us improve the gameplay experience. You can find Unity's Privacy Policy here.

Optionally, you can login with your Google Account into Google Play Game Services, where your achievements and best scores would be uploaded. You can find Google's Privacy Policy here.

To make proper use of these services, the Android app of Justice Bear: Equinox will ask among its permissions for full access to the network.

// Deprecated in the last version. Score card has been disabled.
It will also ask for access to the external memory, where it will store the savegame and also the "score card" image you get after each run, in case you want to share it. Please note that the social networks and services available to share that image depend on the apps you have installed in your phone, and by no means we collect any data from any of those interactions outside the game.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this statement, please feel free to contact us at alex@cr0ss.com or on Twitter.
